THREE SHIPS WIN YOUR HOLIDAY GIFTS CONTEST (CANADA)

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Three Ships Win Your Holiday Gifts Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The Contest is being conducted concurrently in the United States for eligible US residents under separate official rules (the “US Rules”), available at [US rules link]. All eligible entries received under these Official Rules and the US Rules will be combined into a single random draw for one (1) prize.

Employees, officers, and directors of Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, officers, and directors, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 11, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest. Each method of entry has an equal chance of winning.

A. PURCHASE METHOD

Place an order on threeshipsbeauty.ca or threeshipsbeauty.com (the “Websites”) during the Contest Period. There is no minimum purchase amount. Subscription renewal orders do not qualify as entries.

B. EMAIL METHOD (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

During the Contest Period, either (i) reply to Sponsor’s “Win Your Holiday Gifts” email with a blue heart emoji (💙) from the email address that received the email, or (ii) send an email containing a blue heart emoji (💙) and your full name to [contest email address] with the subject line “Win Your Holiday Gifts.”

ENTRY LIMITS

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the Contest, regardless of method of entry or number of orders placed. If a person enters using more than one method, places multiple orders, or sends multiple emails, only one (1) entry will be counted.

Mass entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZE

One (1) prize is available to be won across Canada and the United States combined.

If the winner is a Canadian resident entered under these Official Rules, the prize consists of one of the following:

(a) If the winner placed one or more eligible orders during the Contest Period, the winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for those orders, up to a maximum total of $300 CAD.

(b) If the winner did not place an eligible order during the Contest Period, or if the winner’s eligible order(s) were cancelled or fully refunded before the prize is awarded, the winner will receive a Three Ships digital gift card valued at $300 CAD, redeemable on threeshipsbeauty.ca.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: up to $300 CAD.

If the winner is a US resident, the prize will be awarded in accordance with the US Rules.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from Canada and the United States combined during the Contest Period.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash equivalent or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Any portion of a refund prize not used is forfeited. The gift card is subject to Sponsor’s standard gift card terms, has no cash value, and does not expire.

If the prize or a portion thereof cannot be awarded as described for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with another prize of equal or greater value.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

DRAW: On December 15, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received under these Official Rules and the US Rules combined, by Sponsor or its designated agent, at 180 John Street, Toronto, Ontario.

NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email, using the email address associated with their order or email entry, within one (1) business day of the draw. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will only contact the winner from an official Three Ships email address. Sponsor will never ask the winner for payment, passwords, or credit card information to claim a prize.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: Before being declared a winner, a potential winner who is a Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The question will be administered by telephone or email at a mutually convenient time and will be in the form of a multi-step arithmetic problem (e.g. “(12 + 8) × 4 - 5 = ?”). If the potential winner answers incorrectly, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

VERIFICATION: The potential winner must provide their full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth to confirm eligibility, and must complete, sign, and return a Declaration and Release Form confirming eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, releasing Sponsor from liability, and consenting to publicity as described below, along with any other documentation required by Sponsor (such as proof of identity or age). These documents must be returned within three (3) business days of receipt. Failure to do so, failure to comply with these Official Rules, inability to accept the prize as awarded, or ineligibility will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees:

To be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects;

To release, discharge, and hold harmless the Contest Entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any Contest-related activity;

That Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose;

That Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Websites; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, privacy policy, or other terms, conditions of use or policies of the Websites; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (e) for any other good cause as determined solely by Sponsor;

That if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to cancellation;

That Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to comply with applicable laws without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest;

That any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law;

That Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address (city and province only), voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.threeshipsbeauty.ca/pages/privacy-policy, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest and as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Entering the Contest does not subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

TAXES: Under current Canadian tax law, prizes received from contests are generally not subject to taxation as income. The winner is responsible for determining their own tax liability, if any, and for any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the other Contest Entities from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries, including email entries not received by Sponsor;

Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, including failures of email delivery or order tracking;

Errors in transmission; inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest;

Technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors in these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials;

Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest;

Lost, stolen, incomplete, incorrect or delayed entries, or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;

Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize or winner;

Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of the prize.

If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Contest. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

8. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, available after January 15, 2027, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Three Ships Win Your Holiday Gifts Winners List, 180 John Street, Toronto, ON M5T 1X5, Canada. Requests must be received by February 28, 2027.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR AMENDED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT BY SPONSOR IN A WRITTEN DOCUMENT ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLARIFYING OR CORRECTING ERRORS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
