Our new packaging is here! ! At Three Ships, our mission is to provide skincare that is better in every way, and we believe that this upgraded packaging will live up to that promise because it is more sustainable and more effective. Read more about what’s changed and why we decided to do this below.
Why we decided to make the change:
Longer Product Lifetime
The products inside the frosted glass bottles may get some sun exposure over time, which can shorten the lifetime of the products. The screen-printed packaging helps protect products inside of the bottle from sun exposure, making products last longer on your shelf.
Eco-friendly
Our labels from the old packaging are made of plastic. Paper labels were not feasible for us because they dissolve quickly in humid environments (like in bathrooms where skincare products sit), making it difficult to read instructions and ingredient lists after a few usages.
By switching to the screen-printed packaging, we will be diverting more than a quarter-million individual labels from the landfill this year alone.
What’s changed?
Inner packaging
Our previous packaging came in frosted glass bottles and had plastic labels on the front and back. Now, we have a full-screen printed packaging with a small window on the side, which allows you to “look closer” at how much product you still have left, so you know when to make a repurchase!
This upgrade will save 260,585 plastic stickers and 953 kg of plastic from landfills, just this year alone!
Outer packaging
We want to communicate more transparency about our formulas, so we listed out all the active ingredients for each product and their concentration on the back. In addition, we incorporated information about pH levels to address questions that we often get asked about from customers.
Everything else about the products, such as paraben-free, dye-free, non-toxic, etc.,, are also on the packaging.
You will also find our certifications on our packaging as well. For example, we are proudly women-owned, and it is showcased with the “women-owned” designation on the new packaging!

- Serum: all shades of pink and red
- Mask: all shades of purple
- Cleanser: all shades of orange
- Cleansing oil: all shades of blue
- Cream: all shades of green
- Lip products: all shades of yellow
