If you've been with us for a while, you know how much love went into creating our Dew Drops serum. It was one of the first products we ever launched. Over the past five years, it’s become a staple in skincare routines across North America.

That’s why writing this note feels bittersweet.

Today, we’re saying goodbye to the name Dew Drops and welcoming a new chapter: Jelly Drops.

Before we go any further, we want to reassure you—the formula you know and love isn’t changing. It’s still the same lightweight, fast-absorbing serum made with Tremella Mushroom and Kakadu Plum. It still gives your skin that instant boost of hydration and fresh, dewy finish. The only change is the name.

So, why rename something that’s worked so well?

The truth is, this wasn’t something we planned. The word “dew” is widely used in skincare, and over time, our product name no longer stood out the way it once did. On top of that, with similarly named products already in the market, securing a trademark for Dew Drops became increasingly difficult.

Like many small businesses, we’ve learned just how important trademarks are, especially for our hero products. Trademarks give us the legal rights to use and protect a product name. Without one, a brand can face copycats, legal challenges, or even be forced to stop selling under a certain name. For us, protecting this product and your experience with it was non-negotiable.

That said, changing the name of a bestseller is scary. This serum has become one of the most-loved products in our line, and it’s been a key part of how people discover Three Ships. There’s always a risk in making a big change to something people trust and rely on. We felt the weight of that, deeply.

Still, we also saw an opportunity.

We had just completed clinical testing that confirmed what so many of you already knew - this serum works. And we kept hearing how much people loved its jelly-soft texture. So, with your input, we chose a name that captures what makes this product truly special.

Jelly Drops is fresh, fun, and memorable. It reflects the real results, the unique texture, and the love that’s gone into this formula from the very beginning.

To everyone who shared input or voted on the new name, thank you! You helped turn a tough moment into something fresh and exciting.
